Meeting Annie
I liked the end when Annie was happy. I liked that that man said Annie could be his kid. I liked when I met Annie even more. Her wig looked real but it was really fake. Annie’s real name was Ashton. She’s really a normal girl. Sometime when I’m bigger I can sing on stage. I liked it when I met Annie so much. – Fatuma I.
Going Backstage at ANNIE
I liked when Annie met the President. We got to go backstage and see where the actors get dressed. They used baby oil to take off their makeup. I wonder how they change their costumes so fast? – Habiba

I liked it at the end when Annie and the rich guy found out that her parents were dead and she got adopted by the rich guy and had a big adopted party and all her friends were there. I love the song, “Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I love you, Tomorrow!” – Hawa

It was good seraching for colleges that fit my criteria. I picked them out by activities, my major/social studies and so on. My recommendations were UNO and UNK. This can’t be right. I’m redoing it. – Jaynesha

Overnighter is a big success!
139 girls particpated in the Girls Inc. overnighter this past weekend. There was bowling, karoke, movies, snacks and a whole lot more! – Ms. Emily
It was fun! The karaoke – it was fun to watch other girls sing but they didn’t really sing with the rhythm. Then we got to watch the movie Coraline. Well, i just fell asleep at the beginning because I was tired. – Renee, age 8
